Halifax Hotel is a 103 bed Hotel for the Holiday Inn. This involved the conversion of a derelict grade 2 listed Theatre building. The scheme involved a major facade retention, on steep hillside and the creation of contemporary stone structure on a prominent site in Halifax. The project Construction value is £8 million.
